Stainless Steel Bottom Assembly

Disappointed. Had my previous 300SSE for many years without any problem before i started to have problems with the thermoswitch cutting out, despite the unit being regally cleaned of scale, but hey I guess nothing lasts forever. I ended up buying a replacement base unit 8 ½ months ago and now the thermos switch keeps cutting out, so I called H2o Labs who have told me that the base unit is only warranted for 14 days, where as if I bought the complete unit it comes with a 12 month guarantee. Go figure.! Not happy. Now trying to decide whether to replace the base unit again of try and replace the thermos switch.!
